You don't take hcg during your period. What you do is start the drops

Dr. Simeon’s diet is divided in 4 stages. Please read carefully,

You can cook or prepare your foods with herbs and spices,

In treating obese patients, Dr. Simeons discovered that by
administering low doses of human chorionic gonadotrophin (HCG), a water soluble
