life and let me tell you...He looks totally "HOT" right now and has
way more giddy up and go that he has known in his lifetime and is feeling

What I found with hcg was I lost fat on my thighs that I never knew I could. I am wearing size 10 pants and the legs are baggy for the first time since I was a child! I still have 20 pounds to lose but I am taking a break before doing my last round of hcg. I am so thankful for hcg and what it has done for me. Dr. Mercola is absolutely right when he says you MUST make permanent lifestyle changes. You cannot go back to the "old" way of eating. “I too have successfully used hCG, but I would
highly recommend anyone considering it to do it under a doctor's supervision.
I was doing all the right stuff - eliminated process foods (for the most
part - occasional slip-up), ate whole foods (organic when possible), grass-fed
buffalo, raw milk & cheese, etc., exercised consistently, but couldn't get
the last 20-25 pounds off and was struggling with blood pressure issues,
hormonal issues, etc. My primary reason for doing the hCG was to
hopefully help these other areas - the weight loss was a bonus. I was
successful on both counts - lost 25 pounds last September & October and have
kept it off. I'm a 53-year-old woman, post-menopausal (surgical), and
I've never been able to maintain a weight loss for this long. I did the
injections - tiny little needle injected every morning next to my naval. From
what I've been told, the drops don't contain as much hCG as the injections do
and may not be as effective. I had no problem following the 500 cal. food
plan, in fact there were days when I didn't even eat the whole 500 calories!
My doctor advised not using lotions or even certain cosmetics because they

“Hi Pam,
You don't take hcg during your period. What you do is start the drops on the last day of your period. If you're doing a 3 week protocol, then you'll get your next period just after your've stopped taking the drops.
If you're doing a 6 week protocol, you simply stop taking the drops during your period. I thought I'd get hungry, but I didn't.
Btw, I've lost 55 lbs in the past year due to homeopathic hcg. I consider it a gift from God, as I ate very well, but simply could not lose the excess weight.
